1511 Add/Rescan wrongly reports exclusions as errors[#10385]

1) With Option "[x] Ignore files shorter than 20 Kb" (the default), Add/Rescan some track files shorter than than 20 Kb.
Expected: no errors.
Observed: Error dialog reporting that there was a problem with the excluded files:

Workaround: Check that no genuine errors are included, then click OK.
This with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit using Windows Classic theme.
