RC2: Auto-playlist random -- not with played #

With RC2, I just created an advanced auto-playlist.
I set no CRITERIA. But any criteria with sufficient tracks also shows the problem.
I set the order to be 1) PLAYED # (A-Z) followed by 2) RANDOM (A-Z) ...
and the list is NOT randomised. It seems to be in PLAYED # order followed by ALBUM order...

So what does RANDOM mean?
Also, this is NOT how 2.4.2 worked...

Sorry, let me add, for all my PLAYED = 0 tracks, there is NO randomisation. It is in ALBUM order.
I get for example...
Track 1;Album A;Played 0
Track 2;Album A;Played 0
Track 3;Album A;Played 0
Track 1;Album B;Played 0
Track 2;Album B;Played 0
Track 3;Album B;Played 0
Track 1;Album C;Played 0
Track 2;Album C;Played 0
Track 3;Album C;Played 0
Track 4;Album A;Played 1
Track 5;Album A;Played 1
Track 6;Album A;Played 1
When I use to get (for example)...
Track 3;Album A;Played 0
Track 1;Album B;Played 0
Track 2;Album A;Played 0
Track 2;Album B;Played 0
Track 2;Album C;Played 0
Track 3;Album C;Played 0
Track 1;Album A;Played 0
Track 1;Album C;Played 0
Track 3;Album B;Played 0
Track 5;Album A;Played 1
Track 6;Album A;Played 1
Track 4;Album A;Played 1
I also just changed the RANDOM to RANDOM ALBUM, and again, it is not randonised.
