Steps to reproduce:
1. Make visible Comment column in the main central window (collection).
2. Put the focus onto comment fields on any track.
3. Start editing it, by pressing F2 or clicking once.
4. Press Space button.

Result:
The Space symbol does not appear in the field. Instead of that Play/Pause button is activated.

Environment:
Win7 SP1, Core2 Duo 3.0 GHz, 8 GB RAM, MediaMonkey 4.0.7.1511 Standard, MegaDJ plug-in enabled

Workaround is to disable the play/pause hotkey at Options > Hotkeys.

In Media 4.1.0.1658 (debug) this problem still exists. Perfectly reproducable as described by TS. Running Windows 7 X64.

Same build and I can't reproduce. Either set as Global or not, typing space in Comments doesn't invoke Play/Pause it was set as hotkey for.

Hi, I deleted the hotkey-function for <space> as you suggested earlier, and the problem was 'solved' (worked around). To re-check, I re-added the spacebar as a hotkey and immerdiately got the problem again. Had a friend of me test it on his computer, same build, same error.

What can I do to help debugging?

Same problem here guys.
I removed as per above and it worked perfect then re added as play/pause and it came back.
will this be re-added to the bug list for further examination?
