I love mediamonkey on the Windows 8 tablet I own. However, after the latest update ALL of my album artwork is now either missing or entirely black. It is not showing the generic CD image, just black nothing above the album/artist/track/etc. information. The actual music plays fine (not sure if the issue of continuing playback while device is asleep has been resolved in my case just yet), but I would really like to have the album artwork display.

Is anyone else having this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it matters, MM is reading the music from a Micro SD card.

It's strange. Does your covers show up after restart ?

Tried restarting. Still no artwork, but I now see the generic cd image.

I uninstalled and reinstalled MM and am back to having about 50% of my albums showing their covers. Want to have 100%, but some is better than none.

Can you send me some albums where you haven't covers ?

I'm now getting the music directly from my dropbox. Same thing, but with 1 difference. On the albums that don't show the artwork I notice that if I go into the album and play their tracks the artwork will display next to the individual songs. However, when I go back to the album views the artwork remains missing. This is only on some of the missing artwork albums. When I go back to the main screen of the app it will display the artwork for those albums in the "recently viewed", "top rated" etc.. I'd it helps demonstrate I'll record a video or send more albums. Never mind. Once I closed and reopened the app, those albums are now displaying correctly. Only missing the same ones as before it seems.

The problem with the missing artwork from the files from your Dropbox should be resolved in the next build, I have found the problem.
File open dialog is system dialog, the icons are generated by the Modern UI system itself (similar way as in Windows Explorer).
