This seems to be repeatable. Simplest route to error:

• Open MMW
  Open MMA
  wifi sync
  sync successful
  close MMW
  
  MMW won't close and displays error message:
  MediaMonkey has encountered a problem
  
  DebugView shows the following as last line:
  [#####] Going to free WiFiSync devices
  
  select MMW icon a few times until it opens window
  close MMW

I cannot reproduce the error, but I fixed something similar based on the sent logs, so if you sent the logs, it shoud be fixed in the next build.
