creative zen mosaic

MM doesn't recognize my player.
Checking the OPtions - Available Devices/plug ins.
Nothing in.
link and website: no dll.file....
What can I do to use MM?

Which version of MediaMonkey and is it a MTP or USB Mass storage device?

I use the last version of MM.
I Think it's an MTP one.

If Windows doesn't see it, it is unlikely that MediaMonkey can see it. You should contact the manufacturer or check if the device requires drivers to be installed.

Just to confirm, I have a Zen Mozaic, and it works really well with MM.

Ok, thanks.
I have to do a factory reset of it.
It ought to say 'Hello' again to XP and hopefully they will be friends again.
But, no time yet

yeah what a bummer, my sister got rid of her zen for a phillips player. and i got this phone for portable player.
