MMA - just a black screen

I was going to go into MMA to report the current version (162 i think) but when I hit the mm icon all i get is a black screen. PERIOD. I have to press HOME to get out of it. What the heck is going wrong now. Standard sg3, no roms, no new apps etc. This thing has been acting buggier and buggier again.

got this once a while ago on older version.
did a uninstall and reinstall and it worked.
must be something stuck in android system some place? because the system cleaners i have did not fix the issue only the reinstall did.

Yeah ... another example of backward steps in the beta process. Though I have never had this before.

Hmm, I have found that at time you got Black screen MMA developers we on sleep and what you have saw it was looking in MMA thru closed eyes.
Have you tried to Restart the phone and start MMA again? Or deleted MediaMonkey folder and than restarted the phone?

Yeah ... tried both restart AND shutdown. In the end I had to uninstall, delete then install sync.
It appears to be working okay now and the sync did not create all the dups (with unknow artists) that it did last time. Time will tell
