Cut Copy and Paste options disabled

Since upgrading to 2.5.1.934 (from 2.4.?) I've noticed that the Cut, Copy and Paste options are disabled for the "Location" nodes. They are enabled within the track listing, but I can no longer perform these operations on entire folders.

(I wasn't imagining it was I?... I'm sure I remember being able to do this in 2.4.?...)

Running on Win XP Pro SP2

TIA

Yeah, you're right! I havent noticed that until now. And it is disabled in the My Computer node as well!? Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V doesnt work either. I actually use this a lot when I am in the mood the clean things up and reorganise.

@MM team, is this intended or is it a bug?

I can paste songs in folders under the Location and My Computer nodes (and others) after I have copied them from the track listing, but I can't copy or cut on complete folders/child nodes.

The copy/cutting doesn't work on other nodes (e.g. Artist) either but I don't know if this is normal or not (I never use it).

Cheers

@Steegy
Yes it's normal. It used to be allowed!

This has to be a bug. I kind of made it work. Like this:
1) Click on location folder so some tracks appaer in the library widow
2) Try to rightclick on the folder and you'll see that Cut and Copy is greyed
3) Highlight a track in the library window
4) Rightclick on the folder again and now you can use Cut and Copy!?

It's the same for every folder and in My Computor node as well!

@MM-team: MM 2.5.1.934, XP. Can you replicate or do you want a debug l?

Sorry, I didn't get to this earlier. Certainly you are right, this is a bug and will be fixed. Let us know in case you find any additional problem in the next release.

Sorry Bex, I could have confirmed this earlier, but I have been rather busy with some new scripts so although I've been reading the forum, I haven't been investigating any problems, just answering what I already know! :)
