Missing Subtitle Support for iPad Video Sync

I am using the latest beta version of MediaMonkey plus paid version of Media Codec Pack (stable).
However, I found that when I sync videos into my iPad, the original subtitle file will not be integrated into the video in my iPad.
May I know what's wrong?
