MMW redownloading tracks when MMA wifi syncs

When dong a wifi sync, MMA redownloads any track that needs conversion on the MMW side. I can faithfully reproduce it:
1. Start with a clean install of MMA (folders manually wiped etc.)
2. USB sync
3. Play music on iPod & sync it OR play music in MMW
4. Update MMA via wifi
All tracks that (a) were played on the iPod/MMW and (b) require conversion for MMA will redownload.
I tested this by playing on the iPod a playlist that exists on both the phone and the iPod. 35 of the 60 played songs were redownloaded on a resync of MMA. All 35 required conversion (were either WMA lossless or FLAC). All of the 25 songs that were not redownloaded were mp3's that do not require conversion on sync to MMA. I also tested in the same manner (but with fewer tracks) with MMW.
I am using the latest betas (MMW 1681, MMA 202) with a Droid Razr M.
Note that this could be related to the duplicate tracks issue (http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... 21&t=74407), but I am not seeing duplicate tracks anymore.
