MediaMonkey forum

I have jsut installed MediaMonkey and have to say I am excited about removing iTunes from my life.

However I am not able to synch music from my library on my laptop to my device. I have an S4 and when I try and synch it just stalls on the 1st track and then after a period of time I get an error that reads as follows:

So it appears there is some kind of error in transferring the album art. Has anyone experienced this? Anyone know of a solution?

Looks to me like it's because of those weird characters in the file name.

Good spot but it also happened on other albums.

Then I definitely suggest you create a debug log and send it to support referencing this forum thread.

Has there been any solution to this problem? I just synced MMA (1.0.6.0293) with MMW (4.1.3.1708). There are four albums with special characters in the title. These are the only four albums whose album art does not show up in MMA.
