Hi - I have created a custom collection node to put my wifes favourite music in - when I browse the mediamonkey server from Bubble uPNP I can see the collection folder but when I open it, it is empty.

does anyone have any ideas?

thanks in advance

Cheers Tony

Do files show in MediaMonkey when browsing the Collection? Do other Collections show empty too on BubbleUPnP?

Hi Thanks for you response.
if I browse the Custom collection in mediamonkey - then the albums are listed correctly
and
the main default music collection has all the albums listed in Bubble uPNP, I don't have any other custom collections to test.
Thanks again
Tony

Which version of MediaMonkey are you using (I have no issues browsing custom Collections).

should be the latest (I am at work at the moment so not sure) but it was only downloaded and installed on the weekend.
Bubble uPNP was updated in the last few days as well.

Hi the version of mediamonkey is 4.1.0.1692
the bubble upnp version is 1.7.8.1

I have also installed foobar200 and its uPNP browser and have the same issue of not being able to see the contents of the custom node.

I am new to MM so could easily have missed some very simple step...

hope you can help

cheers Tony

To clarify and be sure, just opening the Collection folder already shows nothing (no Artist, Albums, etc. folders)?

In that case I suggest a debug log (step 4b) capturing the browsing attempt from BubbleUPnP, and send the log to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=69

Hi, I worked out the problem...
you can't use an apostrophe in the collection name: "Prue's Favourites" doesn't work - "Prues Favourites" does work.

thanks for your help.

Cheers Tony
