Newly Added tracks to playlist fail to download. bug??

I am running ver 1.0.4.0240 on a galaxy s4, syncing to version 4.1.1.1703..
I may be missing something or doing something wrong, but I have edited and synced playlist with no issue in the past. When i do a sync, everything looks as if it is working, it knows what tracks need to be added, it even has the downloading track status come up and go through for all tracks. But once the tracks download goes away, the next screen is that the tracks failed to download.
I submitted my logs, from my phone Log ID: 7UYVH4LHCT,
any suggestions or next steps?

Where tracks added to Playlists in MMW or MMA? Are you doing a wifi or USB sync?

I manage the playlist with mmw and sync over wifi. The sync did delete some items which I removed from the playlist. But did not add the new ones

This should work. You should start by sending a debug log from MMA right after sync (from About). Add log ID here for reference.
If you want to speed things along you can also capture a debug log (step 4b) of the wifi sync in MMW at the same time. Attach that debug log to a support ticket:

i submitted my logs from my phone right after the download failed

i will have to download the debug view app and try again as no log was generated

i opened a help desk ticket Ticket ID: YEK-558768, i attached the logs that were generated. i submitted the logs from the mma after the sync failed. Log ID: WSL99XW8QD
Description: sync download failed.
