Since the recent updates, re-syncing back to MMW is not working properly.

Example - I completely removed all of my music from my phone and re-synced. I played a playlist today and then re-synced back to MMW. Only every other track had it's playcount and last played date updated. I suspect this has been since 1.1 as I was getting strange results earlier this week.

I expect that it's not a sync issue, but rather that the play counter itself is a bit finicky in the recent builds. We're working on that.

OK, I just thought it was very odd that it was exactly every other track that didn't work.

I thought it hadn't worked properly before that and that is why I removed everything from the phone and started again

Strange...I haven't noticed a pattern as to which tracks get the counter updated. But in build 335 < 50% are getting the counter updated in my testing. Once that's fixed we'll be able to see if anything else is going on.

Today I played exactly the same album as yesterday and the same tracks got missed out. Every other one. This would appear to be the case until a skip is involved and then the next track may or may not get missed. Definitely every other track is missed out for me.

The play counter issue will be fixed in build 340+ (which should be posted today or tomorrow).

Please let me know if it solves the problem once it's available.
