I am using the latest version of MM with M4P plugins but can not get this to work. the file noes not even get transfered to the device.
Anybody an idea how to fix that, as I really do not want to go back to iTunes for that.

I don't know what the problem is, but MM is a music manager. With some plugins limited video compability can be achieved. Most likely MM can't handle video transfer to players. But you'll need to wait for someone to confirm this.

Yes--video synchronization hasn't been tested at all. If anyone's gotten this to work, please share your experiences.
