[Bug] Track rating on widget 1/2 star less than in app.

The star rating as shown on the 4x2 and 4x4 widget is half a star less than that shown within MMA or MMW.
Spec on posting:
MMA v1.1.1.0412 Pro Licence (v1.1.0008) - Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F) Android 5.0
MMW v4.1.6.1738 Gold - HP Pavilion AMD A10, 8GB x64 Win8.1
Edit: It would appear to only affect thoses with full stars, i.e. 1,2,3,4 or 5 stars. 1/2 stars are unaffected
