MediaMonkey forum

Hi Media Monkeys;

I have a number of Various Artist albums in which the Artist field holds the Artist, while the Album Artist field holds either "Various Artists" or the curator of the album's name.
I would like to click the Artist column and see my music sorted by the Artist field, however I instead see that the songs are sorted via the "Album Artist" field (which I did not click.)

What is this madness?

Do you have guidance that could help me make MediaMonkey sort by the field that I have clicked?

Which version of MediaMonkey and what View are you seeing this in?

Hi Lowlander - I am using MediaMonkey 4.1.9.1764 with "Show Art with Details".
