Hi everyone !

Well, I'm a French new user of MediaMonkey, both on Windows and Android, and I have a problem for synchronize my playlists over WiFi.

Indeed, everything's start fine when I press the "Sync now" option after configured everything as mentioned in the tutorials that I have strictly followed.

For information, I try to syn on an SD card. I know that it can exist some granted access problem but which is strange is the app can still write like 4 or 5 tracks.

Look :

I use a LG G4 with Android 6.0.
I use also a computer with Windows 10 on it.

Then send a debug log (from About screen) right after sync finishes. Reply here with the logID or open a Support Ticket with logID.

I had the same issue (items failing to download) on my Sony Xperia Z3.

Turned out the problem was I had the screen set to sleep after 30 seconds of inactivity, and the files sent after that time failed. Increasing the sleep time-out allowed all the files to be downloaded successfully.

Hello there !

Thanks a lot for replied ;-)

Well, I increased the sleep time to 2 minutes and disable lock screen with scheme (I use a VPN connection from time to time and you can't use it if you don't have any lock screen - Android security).

Well, it worked a few. Now sync failed for 60 tracks for my playlist test. The problem is that I have thousands of tracks to synchronize so I still don't have a solution for this... Arg...

Have you tried to Enable Developer options and disable Lock Screen if connected to Charger?
