I recently upgraded to iOS 9.3.3 and Windows 10 and can no longer sync music to my phone. Is this an iOS issue, Windows issue, or both?
Thanks

I guess I should note that I have downloaded the most recent beta version of Media Monkey

Windows 10 or MediaMonkey can't sync?

Media Monkey will not sync. It says copying files to iPhone, but when I go into my music nothing is there. Everything was working fine until I updated to iOS 9.3.3 and Windows 10, which I did pretty much at the same time, so it's hard to tell which is the issue.

It is an iOS 9.3.3 issue. I have windows 7 and iTunes 12.4.3. My iPhone 5s with iOS 9.3.2 syncs fine. My sons' iPhone 5s and iPod 6 all running 9.3.3 fail to sync. Something changed in that release to break it.

Same problem here. Won't sync to new iphone 6s running 9.3.4. It sees the phone and acts like it's syncing but nothing gets put on. Using latest release of MM. Itunes (yuk!) works fine. MM can see those files sort of. Won't show album art. Windows 10 on laptop.

Hi,
having the same problem now with latest MM version and newly upgraded iOS 9.3.4.
All was working fine under Windows 10 and previous iOs, therefore it looks like to be the 4.1.13 upgrade
Being a gold user and upgrade regularly, I am experience the same issue from time to time, which usually gets fixed within 3-6 months after reported...
Hope this helps to see where the issue could be.
Cheers,
Pitschi

Not working with 4.1.14.1805 either, for what it's worth.

Hi, I have just tested iOS 9.3.3 against MediaMonkey 4.1.13 and it is working fine.
Those that are experiencing sync troubles with iOS 9.3.3+ could you please generate debug log:
it is item 4b here:
http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=6&t=341 (be sure that you have the debug build and DbgView started prior to MM start).
Then upload the log somewhere (Box, DropBox, RapidShare, FileDropper, ...) and share the link. Or open eSupport ticket and attach the log with link to this forum thread.
Thanks!

Those of you that are experiencing the issue, could you please:
1) close MM
2) Locate your
C:\Program Files (x86)\MediaMonkey\iPhoneCalc.dll
and replace it by this one:
http://happymonkeying.com/beta/iOS9/iPhoneCalc.dll
3) run MM and sync
Does it work now?
Thanks!

When I try doing this, I get a "Failed - Insufficient Permissions" error. Is there a different way to do it?

No Unfortunately as you need Administrator permissions to write to Program Files and/or any system folder.
You can Install MMW as Portable (selectable during Install) into c:\MMWTemp and do the quick setup on just few selected folders then use steps from Ludek above.
Also Latest Beta 1806 should already include the fix.
NOTE: Do not forget to download and install DEBUG version of MMW

I'm seeing the same issue. But mine started a little weird
One Day I was listening to music on my iPhone just fine, the next day all the music I had synced to the phone was gone. I was travelling so I couldn't do anything immediately, when I got home I tried to sync again with Media Monkey and nothing is coming on the phone at all.
I'm currently on MM Build 4.1.13.1801 and am trying the iPhoneCalc.dll from above, I'm seeing the progress on the bottom of MM where it says Synchronising iPhone: Copying (32 of 5039) and has some file names.
Right now it looks like it's actually working with the new dll! YEah! Thank you!
