I'm trying to add a podcast and having a problem:

https://wamcpodcasts.org/feed/podcast/e ... gexplained - Error connecting with SSL.
Error connnecting with SSL.
error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failure

Can anyone suggest how I can debug this problem? I'm using Windows 10.
(I tried updating to the latest beta 4.1.15.1817 and get the same error.)

Will be solved in 4.1.15.1818
