Any way to NOT pad when using sized field names?

If I am AutoOrganize'ing my collection, and I want to limit a field to N characters, but I don't want to pad the field with spaces or 0s, is that possible?
That is, for example, let's say I have 2 titles:
MyShortTitle
MyVeryLongTitleThatGoesOnForALongWhile
And I want "<Title:15>" to yield files called (exactly, minus the quotes) "MyShortTitle" and "MyVeryLongTitle".
Can this be done?

Anyone?

Is there a way to do this? And is it planned for the next release, if not?
Not too tough to add a truncation tag to your syntax.

It certainly makes sense, added to our to-do list for the next version.

Thanks for the update!

Just checking -- is this in 2.5.3?

I was wondering if this was part of what was done in 2.5.3. Not quite sure, from reading the release notes.

MediaMonkey 2.5.3 seems to trim all trailing spaces, so there are never spaces at the end of a field anymore.
That way, your padding problem seems to be fixed.

It still seems to add spaces to both the end and beginning of files for me.
I do wish it was fixed tho, so annoying, I just want (only) long fields *truncated*... NOT Padded...

Ooooops, my fault. I checked Auto-tag instead of Auto-organise :-/
