I have MMW 4.1.15.1830 installed on my PC and am running MMA 1.3.0.0685. Last night I tried to sync the two and my phone no longer sees the sync server*. I got my old phone out, which is also running the latest MMA, and it too cannot see the sync server. I turned off my firewall and still no go. I've turned the UPNP server on and off multiple times, to no avail. Rebooted windows. Uninstalled & reinstalled MMA on the old phone. Rebooted my current phone. Still nada. I have another app on my phone that syncs to my PC (DVDProfiler) and that's still working fine. Hoping this is a temporary glitch! When it works MediaMonkey is the best program & app out there!

*If I go to Select Sync Server, I get the Searching... circle over & over again till I finally go back to the prior screen.

Send a debug log (from About screen) right after you experience an issue and then reply here or in a Support Ticket with the logID.

OK, I've just sent log ID RKUIDKZ7D6 while trying to sync server.

It is really caused by some network issues. MMA doesn't see the Media Monkey server. We will try to help you with this.

Can you please confirm if you can actually access MMW Server by opening chrome on device and entering this in address bar "http://<MMWSERVERIP>:<MMWSERVERPORT>/DeviceDescription.xml"

<MMWSERVERIP> = Tools -> Options -> MediaSharing -> MediaMonkey Library (If it is set to Automatic:Port then select it Options -> Server -> IP Address Drop Down and select First IP in list like [192.168.1.100] -> OK -> OK)
<MMWSERVERPORT> = Tools -> Options -> MediaSharing -> MediaMonkey Library where port number is after ":"

I typed in what you requested and the page never resolved on my phone in Chrome. The progress bar advanced a little (about 1/5 of the way the first attempt, less the second) but that's about it.

And while I was doing that, I checked my PC's settings again and saw that Windows had turned on its firewall. ARGH! So that's what was blocking me. I'm sorry for bugging you folks about this issue when it was Windows' fault.

(I use another software for my firewall, so I did NOT need Windows to stick its oar in.)

If file do not show in chrome than MMW server is not accessible due the system settings. I use Windows Firewall Control as external Firewall controller and it asked me to allow MMW server.
