I have a Fiio M11 with 2 sd cards and i am wondering if and how mediamonkey can sync across the two (mediamonkey android) by splitting the library between the two.

I have been trying with only being able to duplicate the data it seems.

There is no way to split onto two Cards, I would suggest that you create two playlists Where One will contain one tracks and other other tracks. That way you will control which one is synced to which SDcard. Note do not forget to disable music sync and have correct playlist selected on each SDcard.
