UAC or COM Popup prompt appears each time MediaMonkey for Windows starts

UAC Popup prompt appears each time MediaMonkey for Windows starts.
I'm not using Compatibility settings, and I'm not running MMW as an Admin.

I've looked at numerous posts about it and none show a solution.
