What's the Difference Between a 'Lifetime' and '4.x' Gold License?
Updated by Russell Samuels on Apr 26, 2017

MediaMonkey for Windows Gold licenses are sold for the current version or as Lifetime licenses.

For example a MediaMonkey 4.x Gold license entitles you to free updates to future 4.x versions (e.g. 4.1.x, 4.2, etc.), and is guaranteed to minimally provide a year of updates from the date of purchase, so if MediaMonkey 5.x is released 1 month after a 4.x license has been purchased, then a free upgrade to 5.x will be provided. Existing Gold users who aren't eligible for a free upgrade, receive coupons for a discounted upgrade.

A 'Lifetime' license entitles you to free updates to all 3.x versions (e.g. 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, ...) and all future upgrades (e.g. 4.x, 5.x, etc.).
