1) MediaMonkey is sometimes incompatible with Virtual CD software

 | Inserting a CD / DVD triggers freeze and/or drive to disappear | |
 | There have been reports on some specific hardware that:
- inserting a CD can cause MediaMonkey to freeze
- ripping CDs can cause the CD/DVD drive letter to disappear

 | CD Album Information is 'Unknown' in Windows 7 | |
 | On Windows 7, inserting a CD (or attempting to edit the properties of
tracks on a CD) will fail to correctly look up and save the album properties
