Occasionally, if you synch (manually or auto-synch) tracks to your
iPod or other MP3 Player, you may find that some of the tracks don't synch.
This can occur for several reasons:
o The tracks aren't compatible with the device. For example, iPods support
MP3 but not WMA tracks, so any WMA tracks will not synch. To get around
such device limitations, you can use auto-conversion to convert tracks as
they're being synched to a format supported by the device.
o The tracks aren't accessible because they've been moved and the library
hasn't been updated. To get around this you can delete tracks from the
Dead Links node, or you can use the file monitor to prevent this from
ever occuring.
o The tracks are protected by WMA digital rights management that allows
them to be played on your PC but not on your portable device.
o iPod compatibility settings aren't enabled, causing the tracks to synch,
but they're not visible on the iPod. See:
