 How to Install a Plug-in
Solution
Some plug-ins don't allow you to install outside of the Winamp directory as their installer
requires that winamp.exe be present in the destination directory. To get around this:

1. Close MediaMonkey
2. Open Notepad or any other text editor to a blank document
3. Save a file called 'winamp.exe' (containing nothing in it) to \Program Files\MediaMonkey\
4. Run the plug-in's installer, and attempt to install to:
\Program Files\MediaMonkey (if the default path is \Program Files\Winamp)
\Program Files\MediaMonkey\Plugins (if the default path is \Program Files\Winamp\Plugins)
5. Run MediaMonkey and check that the newly installed plugin is present via Tools | Options | Player - Plug-ins

If this fails, you'll have to manually copy any .dlls, and other files copied by the installer
from: \Program Files\Winamp and \Program Files\Winamp\Plugins directories
to: \Program Files\MediaMonkey and \Program Files\MediaMonkey\Plugins
