If you can't log into our web site (Forum, Support Site, or Wiki), it's most likely 

because you don't have a site account (MediaMonkey Gold registration information 

and the Store User ID & Password are independent of the website's credentials).

If you've already created an account and can't log in, it can be because:

    o you used the Store's User ID & Password instead of the website's

    o you used your E-mail address instead of Username

    o you used your Username & License Key for MediaMonkey Gold, instead of 

       Username & Password for the Website

    o you registered, but never clicked on the confirmation e-mail



If you still can't log in, and/or need to change your username or delete your 

account, please submit a support ticket.
