When MediaMonkey is purchased via Element5, the German VAT rate is

charged for any European customers, because Element5 is based out of

Germany.



In some cases, this may be several percentage points higher than your

local VAT rate, however, as a German company, Element 5 is obligated

to charge its local VAT rate.
