Palm Pre devices are supported by MediaMonkey 3.2+ via the iPhone plugin (the

Pre appears as an iPhone), provided that the Pre is updated to the latest firmware.



If your Palm (e.g. Treo) is recognized as a USB Mass Storage device (i.e. it has

a drive letter when you plug it into your PC), then just plug it in and

follow the configuration directions for USB Mass Storage devices  in

the MediaMonkey online help.



If your Palm isn't recognized as a USB Mass Storage device, then

you'll need to first install an application such as Card Reader

to your Palm, to enable it to appear as a USB Mass Storage device.
