MediaMonkey can convert 'normal' M4A files encoded with iTunes, but 

cannot convert M4P files that are protected via DRM to other formats 

(i.e. such files are purchased via the iTunes store).



MediaMonkey can convert 'normal' WMA files to other formats, but

cannot convert WMA files that are protected via DRM to other formats (this

includes files purchased via online music stores such as puretracks.com,

napster.com, walmart.com, etc.).
