Whenever you download a file, your browser stores the downloaded

file in its cache. If the initial download was in some way corrupted,

then subsequent downloads will also be since they will be obtained from

the cache!



To solve this problem, in your browser, clear the cache and then download 

the program again.  Depending on your browser, clearing the cache is 

usually done via Tools > Options.
