 My License Key is Invalid
Solution
If you your License Key is being rejected, it can be because:

1. The username or key has been entered incorrectly.
Try to enter the username and license key again, but use 'copy' & 'paste'
to do so (make sure to copy the username and key from the original
purchase receipt). This usually occurs when either the username or key are typed
in manually. Examples of common errors are:
o Transcription errors: typing a '1' instead of an 'I' or an 'l'
o Case-sensitivity errors: typing an 'h' instead of an 'H'.
2. The wrong username or password is being used. Common errors are:
o E-mail address is used instead of the username
o User ID & Password for the store is used instead of the Username & License key
o Username & Password for the MediaMonkey web site (Forum, Support Site,
or Wiki) is used instead of the Username & License Key
o Transaction Reference number or the Product code is used as the License key
Make sure to use the Username and License key that are explicitly provided when
you purchase the Gold version. If you're not sure what it is, see:

3. The license key is for MediaMonkey 2.x but is being used with version 3.x.
For upgrading your license key, see:

4. Your username has foreign characters that may have resulted in an
incorrectly-generated key. If this is the case, please contact support,
making sure to send in your original purchase # / reference #.
