How to Retrieve a Lost License Key
Solution
License keys can be retrieved by entering the e-mail address used to purchase
MediaMonkey at:

o The Element5 Account Center (for most orders after May 2006):
https://secure.element5.com/esales/ccc/my_account.html?publisherid=200027224

o The Trialpay Account Page (if you've obtained MediaMonkey via Trialpay):
https://www.trialpay.com/login/

o The SWREG key retrieval server (for most orders prior to April 2006, or Paypal
orders made between April 2006 and March 2007):
http://www.cardquery.com/

If your e-mail address is no longer valid, you must first update your e-mail address. See:
http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=88

License key upgrades that have been lost (e.g. MediaMonkey Gold 2.x to
MediaMonkey Gold 3.x) can be obtained by submitting a ticket with your original
purchase order # and e-mail address used to purchase MediaMonkey.

If you've lost your copy of MediaMonkey, you can re-download it via:
