How can I reset the MM settings to default?

Unfortunately there isn't really an easy way. To reset them manually you could delete MM's registry entries and the Mediamonkey.ini file.

To delete registry settings:

  1. Close MM.
  2. Start -> Run
  3. type regedit
  4. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MediaMonkey\
  5. Right click MediaMonkey and delete

To delete Mediamonkey.ini:

  1. Navigate to your user data folder (be sure to enable viewing of hidden files & folders in Windows Explorer by going to Tools -> Folder Options | View tab -> Show hidden files and folders) at the following locations and delete Mediamonkey.ini
    (XP) C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\MediaMonkey\MediaMonkey.ini
    (Vista) C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\MediaMonkey\MediaMonkey.ini
