What are those little arrow icons in my library? Can I turn them off?

Those arrows are shortcuts that are configurable within the MM options. By default, the shortcuts point to amazon.com to provide you with easy access toward purchasing music. You can change the shortcut behavior at
Tools -> Options -> Appearance
or you can also turn the shortcuts off completely here.
