It is not a bug as physical leveling include conversion/repack

I don't get it then, is it a bug? All my settings are correct, yet it still wants to convert it for some reason, as seen in the video below:

That looks right and doesn't initiate conversion, just leveling.

Do those look right, or do I need to change something to avoid the reconverting?

Here are my settings:

That would be expected if it is mislabeled as converting instead of leveling as all files will be leveled.

And the originals are MP3?

this is what it says on every file when syncing after clicking "level volume when synchronizing audio":

What do you mean by re-converting?

There is no way to cache leveled tracks for a future sync.

Is there any way to do that without reconverting each file as it's syncing?
