If you tag an album with
Discogs Tagger you can only save one cover image. Mostly there are more images from the album (back cover, leaflet, media). With DiscogsImages you can store the additional images very easy.
Get the script from the
addon page
Before you can add additional images you have to tag the album with Discogs Tagger. It will store the album's release-id in a custom field. Discogs Images read the release-id and looks for additional images at discogs.
If the album have only one image at discogs.com you see the messagebox "Discogs Images: The release-id 12345 only have one image".
To choose the default image location got to Tools -> Options -> Tags & Playlists
The script use the chosen default image location.
If the script found more images and you choose the mm option "save image to file folder" you see the following :
To store one or more images do the following: Choose from the drop-down menu the image type (Cover(front), cover(back),...), check the "save image"-checkbox and change the image name if you like. Pressing the okay button stores the chosen image(s) with the given filename to the album directory.
If you choose the mm option "Save image to tag" you see this from:
Again, you need Discogs Tagger installed and the album tagged, before you can add more images !
