How do I create a ticket through my M11?

FiiO M11 do not support play store version each version needs to be manually updated. Please Open support ticket and I should be able to help you better.

On your phone, go to Play Store - type in the search bar: MediaMonkey for android - press the Mediamonkey app - and search for the entry: Register as a beta tester.

Is there a way I can do a manual update?

I was afraid you would say that. I just found out last night. My M11 won't do the next update. My phone has version 1.3.6.0887 and 1.3.5.0873 on my M11. Any ideas on how I can fix this? both systems state they are full upgraded.

Current MMA version is 1.3.7.0904

I"m running according to the device Andriod 7 and MMW Version 4.1.26.1896 and MMA Version 1.3.5.0873. (This shows as fully updated which worries me)

Been dealing with this issue for weeks and none of the forums have even come close to solving the issue. So here I am.

First 3 months of having the device never had a single problem. I hit sync on the Fiio M11 and it would sync up with my computer just fine. Then it just stopped connecting. Tried to connect through USB it just freezes.

Now if I uninstall MMw and MMA and do a fresh install. It will sync up once. Then it goes back to failing. This is getting rather annoying. If I didn't pay so much for the M11 I'd buy something new, but if I cannot get my music to update I'm going to find a program that does. I'm frustrated and needs help with this.
