This is quite a rough way but a working one. Use ONLY if you want to completely stop all syncing features on ALL portable devices.
Navigate to "Options" -> "Portable Device Sync" inside MediaMonkey and see the DLL files on the list: "d_iPhone.dll" etc.. Those are the trouble makers. Next, just simply navigate to C:\Program Files (x86) or whatever is your MediaMonkey install location. Search for those DLL file names and rename them to for example "d_iPhone.dll.old" or whatever. Now MediaMonkey won't recognize the files until you rename them back.
If you choose to update MediaMonkey, you may have to repeat this process or maybe even search for new updated plugin DLLs. Operate at your own risk.
