might get some more in mm 4. but the style of skin you seek is not going to be in mediamonkey for some time they just started with this style on mm 3. and still are getting it set with everyones like's i think this skin style will be here for several more versions of mm.
they might change it in maybe? version 8, 9, or 10 depending on how energized the developers of mediamonkey feel they might change it in an earlier version but with all the new stuff coming in mm 4 they are going to be spending time trying to iron out all the post release bugs.

then you got the os developers that are always trying to keep things from working with their os, so all program developers have to keep changing their programs to keep them working.

and apple don't tell anyone what the new code is so with programs that work with apple's products it is a trial and error on updates to make your program work with their apple stuff.

when you get it working they up and change it on you again.

so in between all that they might try and learn how to make a new skinning engine.? but this is working great now so i don't see it any time in the next few versions.

So it would need a whole new skinning engine to achieve similar results, right? Shoot... I was hoping for some more eye candy...

they are adding the windows 7 transparent style of skinning in mm 4 which is being worked on now by the developers.

but this is the only transparent sytle they are making.

as said in my last post the float / mini player its called in the skins is able to have transparent backgrounds. but not much else.

Sorry to revive an old thread but when will this kind of skinning be available?

it looks like they have made it all in html coding of sorts? maybe xml where you can
use the background of the web page to show on everything. but this is not possible to be viewed
in the real world from the mediamonkey theme engine. i have had every thing transparent
in the theme engine but only there and all was not working correctly when that happened.

but we can make transparent backgrounds on the float or mini player which i have done
on the silvertone skin

Oh wow, I like the look of the first screenshot (not the color theme though).

I've thought about it but with the MM theme engine you really can't replicate what they've done with their new Zune skin, it just technically isn't possible.

anyone ever thought about making a zune software skin. I know there is the current zune skin, but I was thinking of one more like the new zune 4.0
