Then capture a debug log (step 4b) and send it to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=20&t=69

Thanks for your reply.

I have removed all of the temp files from the directory (as set in the Tools > Options > General

Most of not all file tracks are mp3 and have the artwork stored in the mp3 and the album folder as folder.jpg.

Try removing all MediaMonkey temp files (especially UPnP related Temp files). Do all files on the Album have the same Artwork assigned?

Thanks for the suggestions.

I have updated to 4.1.9.1764 and deleted mmcache.

Unfortunately that has not solved the problem.

I'd try with MediaMonkey 4.1.9.

Have you also tried deleting the MMCache folders?

Artwork shows on some albums but not others.

This is the case on a number of client devices.

I have tried deleting MM_UPNP_Images and the problem remains. It is always the same albums that are missing the artwork.

I have reproduced the problem with Windows Media Player as an agent on the same PC with MediaMonkey server.

If I change the album title (eg add "X") the artwork will then appear. If I change the album title back (remove "X"), the album art disappears.

Any suggestions?

Richard
