Using Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

1 Install portable mode using default options
2 Click Music
3 In Tools > Options > Skin, set Font Size 32 px, click OK.

Expected: Font Size 32px
Observed: Font Size variously 14, 16, 20 and 24 px - nowhere 32px.
