I believe when they get a good idea of how the win 8 scripts are needing to be done and how to make them work in mm rusty or jiri will update the script help at the wiki, if any one else gets a good way of doing it they might ask jiri or rusty maybe steggy if he's still here to check their idea and post it if they like it,.

I'm just beginning to dip my little toe into the scripting pond and have been studying the wiki. Would it be possible for someone knowledgeable to modify the [b]Scripting Tips & Tricks[/b] page, [b]Changing the current tree node[/b] paragraph to include samples of how to properly deal with this delay ?

This is exactly the issue (using SDB.MainTree.CurrentNode = ...........) that I've encountered with an auto script error that I'm getting when I start up MM4. In the mean time, any guidance would also be greatly appreciated. :D
