Maybe MM runs directly on it?
No go - there are no drivers for this board for W10iot.

HELP: Pi3+MediaMonkey -or- Pi as MM Renderer?

Howdy, folks.

A few of you have helped answer some questions in my previous posts, but I'm still stumped regarding how to use a Pi3 with MediaMonkey. Here's a quick equipment list.

Qnap TS451 (MM running in a Win7 VM)
Raspberry Pi3
HifiBerry DACpro
Analog stereo system

Per my earlier posts, I wanted to use MM as the 'head end' and the Pi as a 'renderer' with my Android phone and/or PC as a control point to manage the VM on the NAS. This would all be so much easier if MM would run on the Pi, but from the sounds of things, I'm barking up the wrong tree, so I need to find another way to get it done.

I have to say up front that I'm not a programmer, so all the Unix command line stuff makes me go blind. Adding to the confusion, there seems to be so many ways of getting this to happen. One method involves MPD and upmpdcli to turn the Pi into a 'renderer'. Other solutions which are supported by the HiFiBerry folks are Volumio and Max2Play which will automatically create the necessary environment on the Pi with all the proper drivers and software installed, but I'm not sure if either of those would be 'seen' by MM.

So, I'll kick it over to you guys and ask how you would achieve this use case because I'm ready to pull my hair out.

Thanks in advance!
