No problems for me - I overlaid a 1681 build (portable) no problems.

Are you overlaying an existing installation? Have you tried wiping the old, or a portable install?

I've downloaded the latest RC 1690 but it gets stuck when extracting Decoder.exe. The retry option doesn't get any further forward.

I've tried it a couple of times with fresh downloads.

Anyone else had issues?
