Thank you for answering, although... i do not agree this is not a bug. If you have multiple tracks selected with different comments, MM indicates that by greying out the box. Had the comment field been empty, it would be white. If you want to clear out the comments, select all the files, right click...

1256 Ripping error and Tag error

Hi, I'm using version 3.1-1256, on a laptop with DVD-writer running XP (SP3). While ripping an audio CD to harddisk I found some strange behaviour.(To mp3, CBR~320 kbps) First I get a green bar, saying "Converting file 1of 26 - G:\Track01.cda (ripping)", then a second one "Analysing Volume 01 of 26"...

YES !!! Deleting those lines did the trick. No more "No Names". But one last question. I don't have a mediamonkey.ini.... :o Is there supposed to be one? I reinstalled (overwrote) the old version with a new 3.0.3.1148 and there still isn't any Mediamonkey.ini And it seems everything works! Any sugge...

Thanks for the quick answer. Helas it is not very helpful: 1. the Clean Scripts.ini script says "no errors found... :-? 2. looking at the scripts.ini file (I had already done that before) I don't find any entries that seem to be out of order. No Name scripts

Hi, I can't seem to find a solution to erase the annoying first 2 entries with "No Name" as title, with, as far as I can see, no function at all. They may be old entries from previous MM installations. And a second question: what does the color in the Lyricator field mean? Thanks for your reply. Frank
