Thanks for posting the solution. I'm guessing someone else will need it at some point.

Cool!Peke wrote:Just that you know MM5 extends functionality to multiple devices at once (Chromecast groups) and better support for Audio.
You can download alpha version that installs as portable to test it if you want and it can be downloaded from MM5 forum.

Re: Backup 6.0 - Updated 01/07/2014
Hi, I have just had to reinstall Windows & MM and have found that the Output Archive zip option is greyed out. I had been using it OK in my previous installation but now can only backup to a folder, not a zip file. Is there something I need to change to make this work? The reason why you can't ...

Re: Backup 6.0 - Updated 01/07/2014
Well.. I already have the free 7-Zip utility installed on my computer and I really like it as it handles everything I want and I've been using it for years. http://www.7-zip.org/ Can I just copy the .dll for it over to the MM Scripts folder, and do the registry path command line to it, or to where ...

Re: Backup 6.0 - Updated 01/07/2014
Honestly, I wouldn't mess with XZip. I would install DotNetzip instead. Trixmoto added DotNetZip in the most recent update because it had some advantages over XZip. That's my two cents.

You might also try just installing the dotnetzip component. Here are the instructions for that.

Yes, I would give it a try. It might be a difference between MM3 and MM4.

Re: Backup 6.0 - Updated 01/07/2014
Don't know if this got missed: If I ever have trouble restoring it with your script I can just drag the Backed up files over to the working folders, right? Or would I also need registry settings as well? One other question, I can't check box the archive path. Thanks, I think you may have missed our...

Re: Backup 6.0 - Updated 01/07/2014
One other question, I can't check box the archive path. I could be wrong, but the reason why you can't tick the archive boxes is because you need to register your zip dll. Note that these instructions could be different if you are using the DotNetZip component. Check out this post. http://www.media...

Re: Disable Auto-Play on Bluetooth Connection?
Ok, I can understand that the car is sending the play command, but your statement that "probably no other apps listening for it when they are not in the foreground" makes no sense. MMA is not in the foreground and it still starts playing. Often times, MMA tries to play over the other music...

Re: Disable Auto-Play on Bluetooth Connection?
That's weird. Why doesn't it do it for my other music player apps? I have a couple installed on my phone that I use for different things and MMA is the only one that does this. If I uninstall MMA, my car doesn't send a play command to any other music app on my phone.
