Re: Duplicate Database Entries
Running DbgView, even as Administrator, isn't producing any worthwhile output. If I enable Verbose Kernel Logging it will produce tons of output, and I have to say that none of it looks useful in debugging this issue. Without Verbose Kernel - but all other Capture options enabled, I started MM and R...

Re: Duplicate Database Entries
As of this morning, the latest (4.1.30.1914) since I updated a few hours ago.
But previous to that it was a little older, but not much. I'm pretty good about keeping it up to date. At worst it was 4.1.26.1896, which is the next latest update exe I have on disk, but I think it was newer.

Re: Duplicate Database Entries
Paths are identical. I checked several to be sure, and even copied/pasted to individual files and diff'd the files, just in case something missed my eyes. Both play. If I right-click and Play Now on either, both play. But weirdly both get bolded. From the link you posted, the only possibility is "Yo...

Duplicate Database Entries
I have recently been getting duplicate database entries for every song in my database. Neither option for Folder Monitoring is enabled. I created an autoplaylist listing every song added within the last 30 days and deleted them from the library only. (Thus saving all the entries that had any history...

Re: Problem Sync'ing Playlists to Galaxy S9
Thanks for the reply Lowlander. That answers all questions that I might get to, and tells me that MMA won't do what I'd like. Oh well, that's not a huge deal to be honest. It would have been nice, but no loss.

Problem Sync'ing Playlists to Galaxy S9
I have a Galaxy S9, all up to date. MediaMonkey is running latest, just updated. I am trying to sync my Playlists, and only my Playlists, to my phone. All but 1 are auto-playlists. I've configured the sync: Tools... Options... Portable Device Sync... select Galaxy S9... Configure. Auto-Sync --> Devi...

Re: MonkeyMatch 0.5.56 - Find & Fix Similar Spelling (7/7/13
This is almost certainly due to something in your database that MonkeyMatch doesn't like. There's pretty much no way that I can debug it unless I have your MM.db.
I'm happy to look into the error if you can upload your MM.db to some file-sharing site and PM me the link.

Re: MonkeyMatch 0.5.56 - Find & Fix Similar Spelling (7/7/13
MonkeyMatch runs fine under Windows 10. I have run into several occasions where something in the MediaMonkey database crashed MonkeyMatch. About the only way to figure it out is if you will make your MM.db available for me to download, using some file-sharing service or something. Send me a personal...

Re: Can I programmatically run Auto-Organize
Auto-Organize will already run automatically when changes are made to the tags. This is not true on my system, since I do not have this setting enabled (Tools... Options... Library... Auto-Organize). However, this gives me another option - can I programmatically enable/disable this option in my pro...

Can I programmatically run Auto-Organize
I'm writing a program which will check a song's SongPath and compare it to what it should be. The simplest idea is to identify songs that I forgot to auto-organize manually. However, this program will also be making changes, like converting case in certain words or move "feat. blah blah" from the Ar...

Send to... Rip/Convert... Ogg keeps dying
Using 4.1.9.1764. Converting ~1900 FLACs to Ogg 256 using Send To... Folder (Rip/Convert) and choosing Ogg @ Quality 8 (256 Kbps). The process keeps dying, no errors, it just goes away on the status bar. It does seem to leave a background mediamonkey.exe process running, but I'm not positive. Conver...

Re: Linking another database to MM
I've actually shelved this project for a number of reasons, but I did start and added a UUID to each song in a custom tag that's not visible to MediaMonkey. In C# I used System.Guid.NewGuid() to generate which should almost certainly be unique for each song, but I do a quick check for uniqueness any...
